My cousin's wife got her dress there. She was telling me about the place. She said it is an old house and each room has dresses. She said it is very pretty inside and they have a lot of dresses. I did not go there though. They used to have a website that you could try a search.
There is a place called Adrienne's on Montauk Hwy in West Islip. I got my dress there, but it hasn't come in or anything yet, so I can't really comment too much. They were helpful enough when I was looking for my dress. There are other comments on here if you do a search.
Yes, it is in Islip on 27A 'main street' It is an old victoria house. Very nice help, just call for appointment. I was in a wedding and we got our bridemaids dresses there. They did a great job, had the dress ready and pressed in time. The prices were affordable. I highly recommend looking into it. If you take Southern State to Rt 111 South, you will hit 27A, go West a little bit and it is on the Left hand side.
It is really pretty there, but I think when I went there last year they wouldn't tell me any names of the dresses (they took them out) or style numbers etc. that I tried on. If that information is important to you it's something to think about.
