I just spoke to her last night...I think sometimes it takes a day or two. I'd give it some time, then follow up.

i tired to set up an apt with her...and teresa didnt really follow through. she suggested a time, and i couldnt do it- so asked if there was a different time- no answer- been several days. makes me feel like i should give my business to someone else.

Same thing happened to me...she was responding like within a minute to all my emails then I suggested an appt that didnt work for M-I-A and i havent heard back again...

i feel like i would rather give my business to someone who wants it...i dont want to feel like i am a hastle...so i set up a trial with cocobelle and nicole dangelo instead

Same thing happened to me. I just got the feeling that her attitude was as if she was doing me a favor. Not me paying for a service. She might be good but she is not the only one who is. GL

so guess what- right after i vented about her not getting back to me- i got an email... figures...

not sure their customer service is selling me...

I would still give it a shot, the work speaks for itself. You just need to prioritize what is more important to you. Funny, because I contacted Nicole D'Angio and found her service to be extremely lacking, which is why I went elsewhere. I think sometimes everyone has an off day.

ha! I had the same experience with Nicole she was rude to me and wayyy over priced in my opinion. Teresa always gets back to me eventually. Emailing is my preferred way of contacting her tho

so i guess anytime you want a return email you should post a thread

I know it can be frustrating but rest assured M/ I/ A/ and her assistant are on their A game. I cannot tell you how they go above and beyond for not only their brides but also her regulars.

There is an overwhelming demand now b/c like someone said before the work speaks for itself and she really does try hard to accommodate everyone who asks. I know that there are girls getting married in 2010 snatching up these trials like nobody's business as well.

Their work is amazing just give Theresa and M/ I/ A/
a chance to get through and schedule everyone. I promise you won't be sorry!!! IF you feel slighted or it's taking so long just give a follow up email or call the 212 number...they will not feel like you are bothering them ans will make sure everything is taken care of...

Trust...neither her nor her assistant have time to lurk...same way loyal brides came to Tessa's defense regarding the invitation craziness....loyal M/ i/ a/ brides do the same.....
