Anyone heard of Rabbi Scott Mattis?

I was referred to Rabbi Scott Mattis by another Rabbi but google doesn't return anything about him.

I spoke with him on the phone and he seemed amazing and i really liked him a lot ... but should i be weary that i can't find him?

Better yet, has anyone worked with him in the past?
