Help FH picked up Beef back ribs at the store and he wants ME to cook them - now I am a good cook and know how to make a lot of things - BUT have NO idea how to cook them in the oven?
So can anyone tell me what to cook them at and for how long? I think it is 300 but really not sure

Ribs are one of those things that you can cook many ways. One way is slow cooking at low low to med heat 300 or so with a sauce. My DH cooks his in beer for an hour or so then adds his special BBQ sauce and lets them roast until the meat is just about to fall off the bone. This takes a good amount of time and depends on how many you have going etc.
Another way is to season them up, slap them under the broiler for about 25 - 45 minutes (depending on how think they are). When they are about done add some BBQ sauce and let it glaze.
