A co-worker of DH's lives there and likes it. We just looked at a few there and thought they were nice. Since the two of us work rotating shifts, we decided on a 1 floor co-op across the lake in Lake Pointe. This way, no one is above or below us to annoy us with noise. And with a baby on the way, we didn't want to annoy people either. And where we chose has much more storage.
