Anyone here looking for a 1BR apt?

We're moving - rent at our new place starts 1/1/09. The sooner we get someone in our current place, the sooner we get our security back If no one commits by 1/1/09, we're paying double rent for 1 week. Not terrible, but would be better if we didn't have to!

If you know anyone, please spread the word!

Thanks!!!

eta: if anyone on here wants to come look at the place, just shoot me an FM! The landlord is away until Tuesday, so you'll get faster results through me.

I'll def spread the word. I wish I could take advantage but Jan '09 is too soon. Good luck though!
