Anyone here taking fatburners to aid in getting in shape?

So...I used to take fat burners a while ago, stopped when mine went off the market.
The problem is I always feel hungry and when I take the fatburners it kills my appetite completely so i don't eat as much.
Is anyone else taking fat burners to help get in shape for wedding?

i used to use them a while back and like you said no appetite and since i am one of those people who LIVES to EAT- they had to go... now i use the weightsmart vitamins and they curb my appetite but dont kill it.

I tried alli for a week. i stopped it. i think i need more of a fat burner rather than something that blocks fat. i want to lose about 10 lbs and i really dont eat that much fat in my meals. you are only supposed to take it with meals that have 15 grams of fat or more and my meals dont have that much fat, ex, turkey sandwich on whole wheat. i had no symptoms but thats because i wasnt eatting much fat. I dont reccomment alli for someone trying to lose a few pounds that normally eats healthy. let me know if you find a good fat burner! thanks!!

you are only supposed to take alli with meals that have LESS than 15 grams of fat to avoid the side effects

yup! ant n tilde is right. but as far as the diet pilss go hydroycut worked for me back in the day when it has the efedra. now i don`t know what works. hoodia is good for curbing the appitite but it didn`t help me loose lbs fast. stackers are crazy! they made me shake and get all werided out!

they want your meals to average 15 grams. it blocks 25% of the fat so if you eat a meal with 8 grams, its only blocking 2 grams of fat, not really worth it for me, i rather a fat burner.

I took stacker a couple of yrs ago and it had be shaking so bad, u'd think I was having a damn seizure! I stopped it after a couple of days.

hahha...doesnt it make you want to eat food though..i cant just drink something and be full, i like eating something hahaha
