anyone hiring

I need a new job . right away any of you ladies know who is hiring?

Sorry, no but some really good resources on finding one (depeding on your field) are:
1. For non profit and related work: www.idealist.org

2. For private/corporate: www.nytimes.com

3. For just about anything: monster.com, and also surprisingly craigslist.

Hope it helps.

If you give a little more info on the type you are looking for perhaps we could provide more info and or adivice.
