anyone hosting a breakfast the morning after?

anyone hosting a breakfast the morning after?

our hotel (the viana) doesn't do free breakfast, and there is another group staying there that night who already reserved the private room to host a breakfast. So, my mom said she wants to host something at her house for all of the hotel guests and wants me to put a little note in the bags for all of them... It sounds like a nice idea, but idk if I honestly feel like getting dressed up again to host a breakfast lol. Is that rude? hahah

are you guys hosting anything or just going about your business the morning after?

We are hosting the next morning at the hotel. I kind of like the idea of seeing everyone one last time, plus we have a lot of OOT guests!

I havent thought of this- i was thinking to peace out on the honeymoon next day

I want to know what everyone is planning for the day after as well

I was thinking of having something the night before at the hotel bar.

What is everyone doing the night before?

So confused...

My mom is hosting a brunch at her house the morning after for our out of town family. I didn't want to pay to rent the room for breakfast so my mom suggested that we do that instead. I don't plan on getting dressed up - probably either sweat pants or a comfortable sun dress depending on the weather.

We are hosting a brunch the next morning at a restaurant within one of the hotels. I plan on going and I'm excited to hear all the morning after news and stories from the night before that I may have missed. I'm also excited to spend more time with friends and family before we head out on our 10 day honeymoon. I will be comfortable- flip flops, jeans, tank top- nothing too crazy! We didn't make it too early so we can sleep a bit. We're having a day wedding then hosting an after party as well... so a restful night of sleep will be needed/appreciated! :)

I think we are just going to reserve space at a diner near the hotel and have an informal brunch with the hotel guests. Nothing too crazy! Quick and easy for the day after.

We have a lot of family coming from Canada and out of state, so my mom wants to do a brunch the day after. I'm not sure if we're going to do it at my parents house or at the hotel that we're in.

I love the idea of putting an note/invite about it in the OOT bags - never thought of that!

I think it's a cute idea if that's what you want to do. It's a nice way to say good-bye to all of our out of town guests. I wouldn't worry about getting dressed up.

Our hotel offers breakfast so I'm going to be going downstairs in whatever I throw on :) haha

im not using the private room at the hotel but i will be paying for all of my guests breakfasts. they each get a 'ticket' in their hotel bags. ill give a general idea on when to go to eat so we all get to see each other.

The hotel has a continental breakfast, that's as far as I go lol. My honeymoon flight is at 8AM the next morning.

We are hosting breakfast in the hotel the following morning for our OOT guests and leaving a note in their welcome bag. I think its a nice gesture for OOT guests.

My hotel has continental breakfast. That's about all I'm thinking in terms of that. If I see you, I see you. I can't even think of how exhausted/relieved I'll be the morning after.

I did the breakfast at the Viana and it was expensive but it was AWESOME. The room was nice and they had a ton of food. Well worth the $$.

I wore jeans and a sweater, nothing fancy.

I'd like to do something informal but I also want breakfast in bed with my new hubby :)

Our hotel does free breakfast in the morning. So I am just going to do that and if we see people, we see people. I will probably be so exhausted anyway!!
