Anyone know a *creative* baker in Nassau?

I'm surprising my sweetie with a Groom's cake (chocolate, of course!) at our wedding. I have ideas of what I want it to look like - either related to his profession or related to his favorite hobby - fishing. I'm in need of a creative baker - any help would be appreciated!

Is anyone else planning to do this or have you seen it done? I'm curious how other people displayed it and/or served it. I might just have personalized cake boxes made and send everyone home with it...still thinking!
