Anyone know a way to contact customer service?

I sent an FM to 'Customer Service' earlier in the week and haven't heard back. Should I have done it to Client Services?

When I wanted to change the way my name appeared (from jboothin2008 to JBoothIn2008), I Fm'd Client Services, I believe. May have just FM'd Kim (name 'Kimberly' I think) - not sure.

I'll try client services and see if that works. Thanks!
