Anyone know about this?

Got this email... anyone here associated with these ambulance groups? Can you vouch for any validity?
It seems these things sprout up all the time especially around the holidays. Figured since it was on LI someone here might know.

um ok, same email... even down to the incorrect dates!

If it was true chances are we would have heard more by now
