Anyone know about Videography?

I just saw my videographers last SDE, and although I think it's really cute, I think the sound during the vows is inconsistent. I can't make out what the bride is saying, something about it is muffled. When the groom speaks, he's much louder, which I get is partly just because he's speaking more loudly, but there must be a way of making things more consistent. I also think the grooms audio gets louder as he continues. Does anyone know about videography audio and can give me a suggestion? I'm using Bravura for a dj, maybe I should use their mics? Thank you for any help!

and I know I'm being picky, but it's expensive, so I think I should be picky.

It's because the bride doesn't have a mic, the groom wears a mic, which is supposed to capture the bride and groom

The groom wears a mic, but I think they can mic the speaker so you hear everything that goes through the officiant's mic (if they have one). They gave my husband a mic, but I don't know what else he had a mic on.
