Anyone know anyone who wants a dog?

My brother got a pit-bull mix puppy 4 years ago. He leaves her in the basement apartment all day, never takes her to the park or anything. I would take her but my dog hates her and attacks her whenever she comes near my kids.

*** is very good with my 3 kids, but like I said, my dog can't do it. She really needs a yard and someone to play with.
