just received an email from them, it looks like a good deal, can get an album and 2 photographers, one main for 8 hours, one assistant for 6, and all digital proofs for 2700. was wondering if anyone had any experience with them or knew of anyone who used them. thanks

I'm in the Virginia area and my friend used them for their wedding - she wasn't really that happy with the proofs - they seemed very boring - nothing special and no true special moments captured. They are a cookie-cutter kind of company. I'm not sure how the NY photographers are though...

I would also find out info about albums and pics. Thats the starting pricing but albums can be quite expensive, and also enlargements and other stuff. So first find out that info

I don't know if there are too great. I know during my sister planning process they were calling and her harassing her the entire time and when she finally met with them, she mentioned they weren't impressive at all.

There are a few brides who are on here and have used them...and I love their pictures. BUT I met with them and wasn't all that impressed. For starters, you can't meet your actual photographer until 6 weeks before the wedding. Then, she said that they charge an extra $250 because my wedding is on a holiday weekend. LAstly, they never leave you alone. Before I met with them I got phone calls and emails DAILY (BOTH!!!) after I filled out a request for information. I finally met with them just to get them to stop!
After I met with them, I got emails and phone calls weekly 'just checking up.' I finally wrote back to tell them I decided to go with someone else (I haven't yet).
Their prices weren't all that much better than more reputable companies...but I would do a search for reviews and decide for your self.

we're using bella pictures. we thought the price that we got was reasonable for us. the woman we met with was really nice...we never had any problems with them calling and bothering us the whole time before we met them. i asked for info online...i got a call the next day...my fh called them back and then we made an appointment. the only time they called back after making the appointment was to confirm that we were going. after we met with the woman, she left us emails but it was about our contract...they never really bothered us too much, nothing to make us mad anyway. i haven't heard from them since. hope i helped a little :)

we met with them, and the woman was a sweetheart, and the packages seemed great. I was just sketchy with it being a national 'chain' so to speak.. and booked with someone else, just because I wanted to make sure it was a more reputable company.
