It's a take on Pilates....a little bit more intense.... I think (if I remember correctly) it's a mix of Pilates, Gymnastics, ballet and tai chi???
The device/machine that you work out on looks like a midevil torture device, but when I left I felt great!!!!
Has anyone heard or tried this before?

They offer it at the place I take pilates, but never looked into it. I have seen the machines.

I took a private lesson from a lady in my town that does it from her apartment.... I'd give you the info., but I live in jersey and don't think it would do you much good???
