I think it is 8 hours that is what my FBIL said and he was going to Northern Italy flying into the Rome airport.

Anywhere between 7.5 - 8.5 hours. It depends on the route & the destination.

yes it is, my MIL flew here the other day. 7.5-8.5 hrs

About 8 hrs. to Rome ( I studied abroad in Rome in college)

I have been to Italy about 5 times and each flight was about 7.5-9 hours - it depended on the trade winds, weather etc. So expect about 8 hours

When I went to Florence about 5 years ago, I remember it being around 8 hours.... And I was the only one who couldn't fall asleep on the plane

wow 8 times!! I am contemplating going to Italy this summer any advice on where and what to do? I have to see Rome and Florence, ever do the tours? My husbands' family is from Croatia so we want to make a big trip out of the visit, im so scared of the prices!!
