If I set up an account and someone pays me with credit card, how do i actually get the money off and into my bank account?

You have a couple options. You can link your pay pal account to your bank account and have it transfered. You can also get a PayPal debit card and get the money that way.
Also, if your account is set up to receive credit card payments, remember that pay pal will take a small percentage of the payment to cover the credit card company fees.

No problem. Pay Pal will walk you through the steps for linking your bank account. I think it takes about 2-3 days to arrive in your account.
