anyone know how to attach tassels to programs
Good morning girls, i am trying to attach tassels that i ordered from oriental trading to my programs. They are called program tassels. BUt i cant figure out how to tie them in. Any suggesetions or does anyone know of a site with instructions. LOL thanks in advance.
