I need a gluten free wedding cake and contacted a few places but they do not make them,,, Ughh this is gonna be a tough one..

Hmmm. I used to work at Copenhagen Bakery in Northport and I know they made glutten free bread but I'm not sure about wedding cake. Try giving them a call.

Bare Naked in Bellmore, everything is Gluten free. We actually had my best friends birthday today at work (lucky me i work with my bff) ... and we had gluten free cupcakes since she has a gluten allergy, they were red velvet and delish!!!!!
fyi -- if you or whomever the gluten free cake is for, your better off going to a bakery that does ONLY gluten free baking, there is always the risk of cross contamination. my bff is extremely sensitive so we can never just go some where that has a gluten free option, the whole place has to be gluten free.

Whole Foods Market. They will custom make your cakes to any dietary needs.
Their cakes are delicious.
