My moms boss completly belittled her infront of her entire office on Friday. He told her to 'shut the F up' amongst other things. She is hysterical. For the last few months he has been treating her like crap and my mom built his entire buisness up.
Today he accidentall called her cell phone and it recorded his entire converstation. Halfway through he mentioned her and how she is going 'to be gone' soon. My mom found a resume for her job andhe mentioned the name on the resume that they are in negotiations with her.
She can't afford to lose her job. She is so upset she left her old job a few years ago because he wanted her full time, now he is going to get rid of her.
I feel so bad for her. If anyone knows of any jobs in this area please FM me

I will keep my eyes and ears open. He was just trying to make her miserable so she would leave!! I really feeel for her.
My old boss did that to a few of us b/c he wanted to hire a new staff for cheap. He made our lives a living hell until one day I sat down with him and basically said listen I need to keep a roof over my head, Im not quitting so if you would like to lay me off so I can collect unemployment thats fine b/c I cant take it anymore and so he agreed and I left and collected. But for weeks I would come home crying!! The others ended up just walking out.

He has some nerve!! I built his entire website AND created his catalog. I want to go and delete it! haha

Gina I am sooo sorry about your mom's job. And I can't believe her boss was such a douchebag!!! OMG and he yelled at her. I am sorry I would have kicked him right in the nuts haha
But good luck to your mom and I hope she is ok. And if I hear anything I will let you know!!!

oh yeah that is hard...but hopefully there is a job out there for her. and since she has experience i am sure htey would rather hire her than someone who only has 2 yrs experience or something!! But I will definitely keep her in my thoughts and hope she finds something soon!!!
