Anyone know of co-ops or condos in areas around Bayside that allow dogs?

House Beautiful might in Oakland Gardens. They are condos in 3story brick buildings. I actually saw one that had an open house on Sunday just for shyts and grins.

The owner had a very small dog... but I didnt ask him if they allowed pets or not. They might since they are condo and not co-op.

3br/2ba runs around 400k with $1800/yr in property taxes and $160 a month common fees.
