I only tried on one vera wang dress and it was 10k
Kenneth Pool goes for about 5k and up.
Reem Acra is about 5k and up.
All these dresses were tried on at Kleinfelds so another place might have the same designers for less.

Their gowns are the high end of wedding gowns. The price range should be from $6k on up. I tried on a Kenneth Pole gown and the price tag was $8400.
Also, if you have a chance check out Filene's Basement Sale(running of the brides) this Friday. They have designer gowns at a unbelieveable price.

kenneth pool starts at 4k and goes up to 11k, can go higher but does are special made orders, where they make one specificially for you
reem acra, i tried on one and it was in the 4k range, most of them were
didnt look at vera...all stores will sell the dress for the same price...you can try a trunk show and get 15% off or try a sample sale where it will be about 50% off and higher, if you dont mind getting a sample

they sell dresses heavily discounted of all major designers. You get there early and line up...ever seen the episode of friends when they go wedding dress shopping, well thats what it is, but the store is bigger.

Wow that running of the brides looks intense and like you could potentially grab a great deal....only problem is I would never be able to make a decision that quickly. Anything wedding related requires weeks of concentration for me, lol thats why we did a two year engagement haha.

I didn't go to the wedding salon in manhasset. Good luck. BTW that dress i posted before had a gorgeous veil too. It was absolutely gorgeous!!!
