We were told we can leave at 4 due to these crazy weather conditions.

yup. work closed at 3. But i've been home since 12 cuz by the time I traveled in and took lunch it would be 2. Not worth it.
I worked in the bx this morning.

They suuck at my job. They ask me questions and then don't care what I say. They'll tell me at 5, 'Oh I meant to say you could leave early.' Can't even begin to tell you how many times that's happened.

Yes, I'm on the train as I type this. Tomorrow most likely can be a work from home day, but I feel bad for others who don't have the access to. I will prob go in.

is it snowing?? it looks like its just drizzling where I am.. Is it different everywhere else? regardless of rain, snow, sleet, hail.. I can NEVER leave early or get off for it.. I was the only one workin during that crazy snowstorm a couple weeks ago!!!

We can't leave for anything...
I called in during the big storm a few weeks ago and I get lectured about how embarrassed I should be about calling in. The rest of my coworkers went in, but asked to leave early. They were told they should be embarrassed by that too!

Wow, I'm sorry. They're tough. It's not really snowing, it's raining and snowing here in the city, but they're worried about people who have to travel a long way home and how it might be there. So as soon as the market closes, they let us leave. Sorry, they're not as understanding.
