Hey girls! I want to start looking into entertainment and i'm thinking DJs since they can prob play more of a variety. FH is puerto rican...so i wanted some ethnic music- salsa, merengue, but also american stuff. I want a high energy DJ but not mcs that are too involved. I love to dance ,so something up beat.
Anyone go to see any yet? thoughts? prices more importantly? please FM me. I don't want fancy lighting or anything but i'm thinking of doing a photo montage and maybe a percussionist.

hmmmm i know FM is highly reccomended....i know not much help but...also, bravura they do a lot of different things and you can add live music into it....they were a little too up beat for me but still talented...

Check out After Hours. Phil is great to work with. My family is spanish and my FH is haitian also so it was important to have music from both cultures. I know your OOT but they have a DVD they put together and it has a latin wedding on it. I'm sure he will mail it to you or maybe email you a clip... OH OH OH I just thought about it, check them out on youtube

Also look into Tommy's Tunes...I've been to a few weddings/parties that they have done.
they are very energetic and keep the party moving.

Ultimate Sound dj's has all DJ's from all different types of nationalities. The DJ i have from there is Puerto Rican but will play American music also.
