Anyone looking for a Co-Op?

There is an Apt available in my development in Bethpage (I believe she had an open house yesterday... b/c there were a lot of people coming in and out of her apt.) and I heard that she just put it up for sale... if anyone's interested... it's a really nice co-op...

Here is the MLSLI link...

Re: Anyone looking for a Co-Op?

Hello
FI and I have been looking for Co-ops. Is there a specific amount required for a downpayment? Some places require 20% down.
Thanks

Unfortunately, our place doesn't, but our building has a bunch of great people living there and a few with dogs - us included. Once my dog was trained to go to the woods, he would run around the horseshoe shaped p.lot and then right home, so he was able to get some exercise.

Hey Jen,

I live in a co-op in Coram, we don't have a fenced yard, but our building has all this really nice big plots of grass and even a place designated for the dogs as a 'dog run'

Sometimes I'm bad and let J.J. run around free and he loves it

Let me know if you want more info
