Anyone looking for a co-op in Little Neck?

We may have finally found a house so my co-op is up for sale. Its a large one bedroom garden apt. ( I have a real garden) with a garage. Little Neck is a great area to commute to NYC from. If anyone has any interest send me a forum mail.
