This unit is in my complex and just went on the market. I stopped by the Open House last weekend and it is very nice--new appliances, nice location, etc.

It's very large, but yes, they have gone up quite a bit! It does have its own washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a large balcony. The complex has a gym and pool. And the area is very nice and convenient. And the buyer will be near me!

They have to go before the board to be approved, but yes, owners are allowed to rent.
