My friend's cousin is looking to rent her apartment with an option to buy. It is a one family house in Belle Harbor on Beach 137th Street (2 blocks from beach). She is looking for $2000-$2500 with all utilities included. It is a 3 or 4 bedroom house with basement and deck and pool. If anyone is interested please let me know.
