DH and I are looking for tenants for the first floor of our house. It's a large one bedroom with EIK and separate entrance. We're looking to rent it furnished- everything you would need except a TV (living room furniture, bedroom furniture including king size mattress and linens, kitchen table, dishes, pots, etc...). Rent would include utilities, driveway parking spot, small patio and access to backyard. $1300 a month. Please let me know if anyone's interested.

Where in WP? I'm waiting to hear about results from my internship applications for next year. I applied to a place in White Plains and if I get place there, I may actually be interested!
