Well I bought these new pills in Walmart last Sunday called Accelis...and you take them for 20 days and you are guaranteed to lose 10.65 pounds. You take 2 right before bed. I have lost 5 pounds already in 1 week on them! I can't take most diet pills because they make my heart race. These you take before bed and I sleep great too! I highly recommend these!!

yeah so am I!! I hate the feeling I get from them! These control your blood sugar levels. So it doesn't speed your heart up or anything! look them up on the web.. I am sure they have something on them.. it's ACCELIS.

Vinny checked them out.. they are good! LOL! I just can't take diet pills cause my body doesn't react good to them! I sweat and shake like crazy! These you take before bed.. and i sleep fine..you just have to try and drink a lot of water with them too.. but it doesn't even feel like I took any pills. They are caffeine free!!!!!!! The main ingredient is Corosolic acid.

I'm skeptical of diet pills when you stop taking them you have a tendency of putting the weight back on and sometimes its more weight than you started with.

I get like a maniac when I take diet pills.. I get hot flashes and I shake.. I would just be worried about taking them b4 bed.. do they give you weird dreams???

NOPE not at all.. and I sometimes have trouble sleeping. But I have slept really good this past week! I shake like crazy from diet pills...I hate diet pills!! That's why I wanted to try these.. sooo happy!!

Hey... I know anyone that is going to go on a pill of any kind would most likely look it up before hand, but just in case, I did a quick search on corosolic acid and found :
PRECAUTIONS
Children, pregnant women and nursing mothers should avoid using products called colosolic acid or corosolic acid. Those with diabetes should be extremely cautious about using colosolic/corosolic acid. Those with hypoglycemia should avoid using colosolic/corosolic acid.

yeah that is true because it works with your blood sugar. So that would make sense. I don't have any of those thank god so i am okay!

Also girls Herbal life products are very good. My parents wanted to loose weight and wer eon that stuff for about 1 year and they lost a lot! I know a lot of people who swear by that stuff, I just got something recently to help with cravings although I haven't had the chance to try it yet, I'll let you know if it's any good. XOXOXO Kitty
