Just thought I'd share:

We're making DIY silk arrangements. Its costing a LOT less than real, they look real, and I'm not actually putting them together myself.
We bought all the flowers and tall vases at AC Moore when the flowers were on sale for 50% off (they go on sale after each season and if you need alot of flowers you can put an order in for them and they'll still give you the sale price!). If you save your reciepts, AC Moore has a policy that you can bring your flowers and vases in to them with the reciepts and they will make up your arrangements for FREE. I had them make up a sample one for me with the flowers and vase I bought and it came out NICER than the one the florist made up for me! Its saving us over $600 since I wanted tall centerpieces and the florist was going to charge a crazy amount of $$.
If anyone's thinking of DIYing your CPs, this is the BEST way to do it! Its stress-free and inexpensive.
