Anyone meet with Steven Scott? I went the other day

and I had a really mixed experience.

The do pretty much everything but they are not forthcoming with their presentation. Basically the sales rep pitched a band that he happened to be a drummer in. The lead singer has a wonderful voice. I am weary of booking a band on just photos and a CD of their music. The 2 other bands didn't make such an impact on me. We were there for the longest time and I felt that the sales rep was actually quite rude. When I asked him about DJ's he made me feel quite stupid. I know that they offer a lot of services but I don't think they are 'updated' enough in terms of presenting a product. So in reality I know they offer a lot but I couldn't actually tell you about it because it was never presented to me.

If you're not comfortable, don't book with them. At least that's my opinion.

We are using Steven Scott. The band Uptown. We have had agreat experience with them so far. They have been quite helpful and have taken the time to answer all of our questions. We heard the ban Uptown and thougt they were awesome! Hope this helps!

We are using Steven Scott - Jump Street - and met with the band leader who was super nice and very responsive and helpful. No, we couldn't see the band live, but many of the reputable companies these days are the same way. So I went with good words from other people who have had Steven Scott bands.
