I'll tell you form experience that YOU will get a beautiful home in NC. FH, and I own two house down there, both 2 1/2 bed rooms on w/ 2 full baths, the other w/ 1 full, and 1/2, both have eat in kitchens, and two car garages. And neither one of them was more than $60,000. While bidding on them we only had to put down almost 10%. We rent them out, and use the money for our savings. Do you have FM

We would love to move out of NY. I am sick of the rat race. But I would hate living far from my mom, and FH has a good job here

I would love to move due to ther advantage of having a huge home, BUT I am very fearful of natural disasters.

We're looking upstate NY, NJ, CT, and PA. No natural disasters there (well, no more so than here).
