Anyone need to buy an ivory veil?

Anyone need to buy an ivory veil?

I purchased an ivory veil to go with my ivory dress, except that the veil is a darker ivory than the dress and it doesn't match.

If anyone is interested in purchasing an ivory, 2-tier, elbow length veil, please let me know. FM me if you're interested.

I got it on E-bay, but I figured before I try to sell it back on there, I'd see if any brides here need a veil.

ETA: I'm selling it fairly cheap (~$40, but negotiable).

Sure, give me a minute. I'll post the pic from ebay and a pic of it on me.

OK, the pic from ebay is not really accurate. The back does not look like that. It's a pencil-edge trim and each tier even all the way around.

pretty! my mom is in the process of making an ivory gown and i don't know if it will match either... i may just have to do a veil purchase in person

How ivory is the dress? Mine is sold as ivory, but is really just a muted white. The veil has the more yellowish ivory tint to it, but it's not dark, as you can see. I'm going for a white veil next. Are you coming to the GTG in 2 weeks? I can bring it with me if you want to take a look at it.

from what i can remember (i unfortunately don't have the material), the ivory is darker than most. my parents are coming down next week and i'll have my mom bring a swatch. my mom was thinking of making the veil as well, but if i can buy something to save her the trouble, i will...

i doubt i'll make the GTG (i'm in jersey, currently carless), but thanks for the info!
