Anyone not concerned with losing weight?

Anyone not concerned with losing weight?

Just wondering if I'm the only one who's procrastinating with this whole bride-needs-to-lose-weight thing? I'm def. heavier than I'd like to be, but I'm kinda sorta okay with that. Thoughts?

I'm with ya, sister! I don't think the high school weight will EVER show it's face around here. If it did, I'd punch it... HARD!

I am not too concerned with losing weight, but I definitely need to work out to tone up my arms.

I feel self conscious about them now and don't want to feel that way on my wedding day.

I lost almost 50 pounds over two years ago and am currently still maintaining that loss. I've put on a few pounds that I'd like to take back off, (like 5 pounds) but I'm not trying to really lose much anymore. I'm working on maintaining.

I'm a trainer and kickboxing instructor so I'm just maintaining.

I would love to lose 10lbs or atleast tone up because I am a bit bottom heavy, however I want to do it for myself, not for the wedding!! I plan on getting a ballgown anyway so even if I dont lost, you cant really tell.

Re: Anyone not concerned with losing weight?

I'm telling you...that 30 day shred does wonders!!! I have been using it for 3 weeks now and have lost 6 lbs. Meanwhile, I haven't changed my diet at all. I still eat snacks during the day and have my 3 meals. Anyone who is looking to lose some lbs, definitely try the 30 day shred. I personally think that it requires very little motivation...because it's only 30 minutes and it goes by so quickly! It really does. I do 30 day shred every other day and tone stomach/butt muscles on the other days.

But before wasting your money, if you have Video on Demand, check to see if you have the exercise video. I was flipping through it a few weeks back and couldn't believe how many exercise videos were on there....for free!!! I found the 30 days shred on there!

I havent used my gym membership in months, and I have a perfectly good Wii Fit still in the box.... I guess once summer comes and I'm full of free time I'll try to get back in shape...
I went to the gym last summer EVERY DAY! And while I felt better about my self, I didnt loose a freakin pound!! Just like two inches....it made me feel like it was a waste of time! So I guess we'll see...

Re: Anyone not concerned with losing weight?

I'm not doing anything really...I exercise maybe once every 2-3 weeks LOL, and I pretty much eat like crap...and I'm underweight. The benefits of a borderline hyperactive thyroid

As it gets closer I probably will bump the exercise up to maybe 1-2 times a week, but it's just belly dancing DVDs, so nothing crazy, just toning. I can't really afford to lose much weight because the first place I lose is my boobs, and I'm not even a full A cup to start with, so that cannot happen LOL.

Try 30 day shred!!!!!!!! I didn't want to buy a gym membership because I KNEW I was not going to use it. I would be too tired to go to the gym. But at home...it's easy. You change into your workout clothes, turn on the tv, and wallah. You are done in probably 1/3 the amount of time that it would take you at the gym....between driving there, parking, waiting for machines, etc.

I just try to get some cardio in Every day..I eat sensibly during the week, then on the weekends, I splurge a little more. I look weird if I get too thin. I'm not meant to be 'thin'. By all means, I am not heavy, but average.

I don't want to lose any weight but I definitely need to tone up my tummy a tiny bit.

I've lost about 10 lbs since January 1st when I started WW. I need to get remotivated to lose, since right now, I've just been maintaining that loss for the past week or two.

Did you find the 30 day shred on Fios on Demand or Optimum on Demand? I have Fios.
