Anyone not doing anything special today?

I HATE that we weren't able to go away for the weekend (which we always do b/c its my bday weekend) but w/ the wedding & then FH had to work yesterday, didn't pan out.

Well, we go to his friends' BBQ yesterday & FH gets sloshed, something I've only see him do twice in 4 years--so now he is in bed recouperating. I'm b/c the 4th is one of my fave holidays & I thought we'd goto the Mets game, go to the beach or do SOMETHING.

Anyone up for an impromptu gtg?

Not a thing. DH and I are spending some time at home after spending Saturday-Sunday-Monday at my parents in Montauk.

Right now we are watching the fireworks on tv, but there are a TON going off around here and my puppy is TERRIFIED.
