I haven't decided yet. I think they are a nice touch, but depending on the $$ situation as the day rolls around, and whether or not I have the energy to make them, then I will decide.
It doesn't make a difference to me either way. I think it just might be something I would want to keep

Re: Anyone not doing programs?
I think they are nice but I am still undecided about them. The ceremony is only 20 min long so there is really not that much time to sit around and read them. I rather people be watching the ceremony - jmo

Undecided but leaning towards no, or just something VERY simple.

I am not doing them them either. I think it is dumb. Everyone pretty much knows what is going on when. I don't think it is worth the trouble. And besides do you really want to hear paper crinkling during your ceremony? Most people also just leave them behind at their seats or pews.

I'm not either. I don't understand the point? IMO is a waste of paper.

Re: Anyone not doing programs?
I am not clear if I need them or not. I am not sure it is worth the extra work since people just throw them away at the end.

Re: Anyone not doing programs?
I'm not doing programs, but I am making one page 'Scrolls' that list the different traditional jewish wedding traditions since I will have a lot of guests that are not jewish - so they know what is going on.

Re: Anyone not doing programs?
I didn't want to do them, but everyone told me that I should. So I am doing something very simple, probably a single piece of vellum that states the our names, the date and participants of the bridal party and ceremony.

Re: Anyone not doing programs?
I didn't do them. I had a 'Billboard' instead, that way everyone got credit & I took it to the hall afterwards. There was no extra mess & no waste

Re: Anyone not doing programs?
i dont think we are going to and if we do we are going to make them at home. if you think about it they really are a waste b/c people roll them up and put them in their pocket and then throw them away. but thats just my opinion the bill board sounds like a good idea
