anyone not doing the tosses? what are you puttin to replace this?

i am going to have a dance for all of the married couples and eliminate by years of marraige and the last standing will get my bouquet..... my grandparents

my cousin did that couples dance instead of the tosses. it was fun. my great uncle and aunt won. at the time of the wedding, they were married 57 years. They will be married 59 in may.

I want to do the tossing. I guess I'm a traditional type of girl. Why not right? But when he takes off the garter from me, i want to get big grandma panties and make like he took them off me. Would that be funny?

My DH parents 49th wedding anniversary was a week after our wedding so we dedicated a song for them to dance to. They loved it!

There were like four engaged couples at my wedding--we dedicated the bouquet and the garter to the very next couple getting married. After all, isn't it traditional that the people who catch the bouquet/garter are the next to get married?

Planning to do the Anniversary Dance.
I actually went to a wedding and they did what you are planning to do and it was very funny. The Groom first gox some boxer shorts, then the Grandma panties and then the garter.
I went to another wedding and they switch the lady that got the bouquet with another much older lady from the crowd. They covered the eyes from the guy that got the garter from the Groom. It was hilarious.
Yours is a funny idea.
