We didn't. We sat with our BM (DH's twin brother) and his wife and our MOH (my aunt) and her husband. We didn't have a bridal party. The six of us were it. I would've really liked to have sat with both of our parents, but DH's parents are divorced and not on good terms, so it wasn't feasible.
I don't think I want a sweetheart table, but then my FH has mentioned that we really won't be sitting much so I guess that's okay then.
