Anyone NOT having their girls shoes match their dresses?

My girls are weaering silver shoes with their claret red dresses....I just told them silver...as long as they are comfy....I do not care what they look like either..I feel I am being pretty reasonable...they all love the dress...shoes have to be silver, any jewelry is fine, but I did ask the girls with long hair to have an updo..those are my only requirements...they all thanked me for not being bridezilla!!!!!!!!

I'm doing navy and cream for the wedding so I asked them to dye their shoes just because the only thing that would really go would be the navy - they don't have to have the same type though and I also asked them to wear their hair up as well. :)

I told the girls if they wanted to get dyed shoes if they really wanted to otherwise black shoes would work fine

Note -the girls dresses are wine

My girls are wearing blue and I requested they wear silver shoes. I don't care what style or heel price. They got their shoes in Payless and Target.

Honestly, I am not crazy about dyables and think that not matching them is a nice choice. I only matched my brown bm gowns with brown shoes because I found a style/color that did not have to be dyed.

I told my girls to get silver, open or closed, dont care what height, etc. as long as they are comfortable! The dresses are pink.

They are wearing tan/beige peau open toe heels- the same shoe. There were two reasons that I wanted the shoes to match: 1) They are wearing tea length and 2) there are only two of them. I let them pick the shoes. They are both in love with the shoes that they are wearing and will also be able to wear them again.

I did the same thing. The girls wore cornflower blue and I told them silver open toed shoes. It looked really nice.

My BMs are dying there shoes cranberry..the color of the dress. I told them that the shoes have to be open toed but whatever they could find that is comfy. I wont tell them what to do with there hair...I want them to have there own personal style. I know that my sister is wearing her hair down (she has shoulder lenghth hair) and I have no problem with that..I just want her to be there

my girls are wearing black shoes with their eurowine dresses. i have heard stories of dyed shoes running onto wedding dresses, and that is the last thing that i want.

my gals are doing any shoes they want - i told them to be comfortable - nothing s*cks as much as your feet hurting - i dont even care what color they are cause you will never see them under the long gowns

I'm going with silver. I was going to look for a specific style, but I think it's going to be too much trouble. I think I may end up telling them to get whatever they want!
