Okay, so it's 3 1/2 weeks till the wedding, but I live in NC and am leaving for NY in 2 1/2 weeks and have to have everything done by then. I am freaking out and not sleeping much at all. Not to mention I am having wedding nightmares. What the heck am I going to do?

I used to have panic attacks and night and toss and turn. Ive been better lately though, not sure why

I'm done Really there is nothing to do except pack.
I still don't sleep. No idea why.

I go back and forth between insomnia and nightmares. But I'm a total stress junky. I've started controlling it by making lists of what needs to be done. Once I write it down I've essentially 'done' it (at least for the night).

I've actually been having a little trouble sleeping, but I don't attribute it to wedding stress... just other kinds of stress! But I do have a lot of strange wedding dreams...
ETA: I just noticed you are my date twin! I'm planning from out of state, too... It's stressful to try to get everything done!
