I know of 1 other soon-to-be fiance (not mentioning names ;-) but wanted to know if we have any other company on here....Are you as frustrated as me in waiting for the ring?!

I'm not officially engaged yet either and I must admit that the waiting is killing me, but we've gone ring idea shopping and I think he went as far as ordering the ring. I have a weird feeling that it will happen sometime towards the end of the year, but I'm trying to get myself not think about it because I don't want to ruin the surprise I thought I was the only one not official yet. Glad to know that I'm not alone

I was on here 2 months before we got engaged - we had chosen a place already but I was waiting to finish school before it was 'official'

I think we have all done it. I went as far as looking at halls with my firends. He didn't mind as long as I didn't have to drag him around with me...

Well being that this is my 2nd wedding & I'd prefer to get married on the beach at some Carribean resort, I told him if he isn't going to be beside me booking halls, photo & band that I'm not up for going this route. :) He's gone to every hall with me. :)

I'm still waiting too! We know what kinf od ring we want to get, but have had an expensive summer with lots of small vacations, so saving up the money has been hard for him. When we book our reception site in October, it will probably still be before we're engaged, too. The wait is killing me!

i waited 6 months for my ring!! we went and found it - and then he had all sorts of car trouble and monty ws really tight. so in the meantime, we thought of ideas and talked about it alot!
