This is my hall Instrustions....Did I forget anything?? Anything not understandable??

Bathroom:
-Place Slipper basket in Woman’s Room
-Small silver tin with Matches (one in each Bathroom)


Cocktail hour:
-Tables
-Floating rose/votive candle-provided by Watermill
-Personalized napkins on each table-provided by bride & groom
-Bar
-Personalized napkins
-Matches in silver tin –provided by Bride & Groom

Place Cards:
-Place votive candle place cards in alphabetical order
-Set up near entrance guests will use into Astor Suite
-Scatter Red rose petals around (provided by bride and groom)
-Lit tea lights right BEFORE cocktail hour ends. ( tell attendant to advise the guests to take theirs to their table seating)
- set up 4 red picture frames around/behind the candle place cards.

Mints:
-Place one Bowl by the Coat Check (all night or end of night)
-Place one Bowl on the Astor Suite Bar

Guest Book Table:
-Place on table wherever suitable (with enough room) and scatter silk roses around table
-Place Guest book open with Pen near it
-Place Camera directly next to guest book
-Place Instruction card on Easel/frame where it is easily seen

Cake Table:
-Have cake Displayed all night
-Flower decoration will be provided by Florist(LA Blossom)
-WE DO letters stood up in front of Cake

Astor Suite Fireplace Mantle:

-White Candles (provided by Bride and Groom)

Bride & Groom Table:
-Bride and Bridesmaid flowers will provide floral decoration
-Memory Candle on Table
-NO Candelabras

Astor Suite Bar:
-Matches

Birdcage:
-On Gift table Slightly behind Bride and Groom
-Scatter rose petals around and inside Birdcage

Guest Tables:
-Menus
-on or next to each plate
-Lotto Ticket Scratch Off’s
-on or next to each plate (one per person)
-CD Favors
-one per couple as indicated on seating chart
Centerpieces-
-10 Votive candles in middle of table with 1 large candle in the middle of them and scattered rose petals (pre bagged amounts) around candles -All provided by Bride and Groom (picture attached)

Miscellaneous:

-Box a small sample of cocktail hour food for end of night for Bride and Groom
-Wrap a piece of top layer of cake for Bride and Groom to take home
-Box up anything Bride and Groom need to take home (no order necessary)

Service:
-Make sure Waiters/Waitress’s ask guests if they want another drink
-Have an Attendant/someone to assist with the Place Cards
-Have Coat Check open and suggest people Utilize it

Looks good! I would specify how many favors per table.. might be a lot of work for them to look at seating chart and figure out how many couples???
For my hall I had to put placecards in alphabetical order before I gave to them. Maybe your hall doesn't require this but maybe you should check?

They gave us a chart we have to return with the amount of how many favors, but I'll add it on here too maybe. And Yes, we have to have the place cards alphabetical too before hand .

WOW Donna -good work! My hall actually thanked me for giving them direction. they said a lot of times brides give them stuff and theya re unsure of placement.

Definitely put on there the number of favors or attach a chart. What I did was say on the instructions (and on the favor box) 'One per couple, plus any single guests' Then on my seating chart, next to the table I wrote for example:
Table 11
* Guests: 13
* Scrolls: 7
* Menu: 13

That way they knew exactly how many of each thing I had was at each table.

It looks great Donna- I will be stealing this for my hall since the BM seems to have a mind of his own!!!

I really had a lot of 'Stuff' and I knew they wouldnt know WHAT to do with it...I feel much better with this list now!

Not to mention the bold faced instructions I taped to each box/bag...LOL.....How can they do anything wrong now!?!?!
