I ordered something thru her a long time ago and recieved it and loved it. She does amazing work and I recieved my order super fast! So, over the summer I ordered 2 mom hankies. I already paid and everything. Well, its been like 8 months and I still havent recieved them. Everytime I email her she kind of avoids answering when they'll be ready or why I havent gotten them yet. In the meantime, I ordered 2 hats from her for my BP, but now I worried since I still havent even gotten the hankies I ordered.
I love Denise -- I know she was an LI bride and she's so sweet, so I dont want to annoy her or anything....but I just feel like 8 months is a really really long time to not have recieved my order.
Has anyone else had similar issues?? What should I do?

my FSIL is very good friends with her! I know her pretty well also.. I'll email her for you! I'll see if I can find out the deal for ya! Yes she does do amazing work! I have seen many things she does!

did you read recently on her website that she had some sort of computer issue and lost orders and was requesting that brides contact her if they had ordered b/n certain dates to give her the info or something. i may not have gotten this completely straight but look into it. i was looking thru her webpage bc i wanted to ordered some things but decided not to just in case things werent straightened out yet. GL!!

Sorry but 8 months seems WAY too long for hankies. I would ask her to get them to you in the next two weeks or to refund your money.

Give her a call. She had major computer issues. She will be more than happy to get it right out to you. If I know Denise, she will be more concerned about you than her having to rush an order..
