Anyone Order their Wedding Gown At Alexandra in Forest Hills?
how was your experience? Did they hold your dress for you?

didn't order my wedding gown from there but I did order my BM dress for FSIL's wedding there and they were great!
And they seemed to hold the dress there for a decent amount of time before I picked it up (probably about 3-4 weeks after FSIL got the call that they were in).

i order my BMs dresses there and if they didnt pick them up within 2 weeks of the call they lost there deposit.
it was frustrating !

I didnt order my wedding gown there but ive been in and out of there before and theyve always been very accommodating

i live right near there so i happen to pass by one day and i stopped in specifically to ASK if they had a certain dress available to try on. I very clearly told them if they did i would make an appt to come in and a gentleman that worked there said they can not check their stock and either i make an appt or i dont! Thankfully as I was walking out a nice lady came by and said they did not have it available and therefore i have not been back. The first impression to me is always important and to not even want to answer a question imo is just rude!

That guy always seemed a little rude when I went in. But the girl was always sooooooooooooooooo nice!

i love Jospeh... only when hes in a good mood. i didnt purchase anythign from him but he is super helpful and i like that u can try on dresses as if youre at macys lol
if hes in a good mood he gives u a super good price.
once he gave me a price on a gown..and i went back with my mom a month later and he quoted me 1200 more lol i kinda laughed in his face and told him to check my file lol

I ordered my gown from them cause they were the cheapest price and were so nice but i got a call about a month and a half after i ordered it saying that it was in. So now I'm worried the dress is going to be yellow by the time i wear it - in a year and 4 months!!! I'm going with my mom Wednesday to argue about it. I've never heard of a dress taking a month and a half to come in
