Anyone overwhelmed...

with the holiday celebrations this year??? I have a party/dinner everynight - how many dinners, parties, cosmos and french martinis - 20 pounds???

This is why I plan to do South Beach from right after Thanksgiving until Christmas. I may gain the weight I lose back, but at least I won't have a net gain. Try to be really good now and then you'll deserve the treats over the holidays.
