anyone providing shuttle service for their oot guests?
We are looking into shuttle service to pick up drop off our guests staying in a hotel to and from the reception hall.
Wingate provides a shuttle for free only if 15 rooms are reserved- we may only end up reserving 10
anyhow just wondering who is providing shuttle service and if so how much are you paying and who are you using? tia!

One of the hotels we blocked rooms at has a free shuttle service to our reception hall. I think it is nice to do, but not required.

Wingate also only provides a 14 passenger shuttle... so even if you reserve 15 rooms, you'll probably need more than 1 shuttle.
They're only $250 each from Wingate, though, if you use the service they have.
We blocked rooms there and will likely provide the shuttle. This way, our local friends / bridal party can also stay there and not have to worry about driving home...
