We are looking into shuttle service to pick up drop off our guests staying in a hotel to and from the reception hall.
Wingate provides a shuttle for free only if 15 rooms are reserved- we may only end up reserving 10
anyhow just wondering who is providing shuttle service and if so how much are you paying and who are you using?

we used a limo company...but that route can get very $$$! I know some ppl used Lindys Taxi..they have vans and are much cheaper!!

We used ClassicTrans..HIGHLY recommend....my parents covered that cost so I don't remember what it was exactly!

dynasty limo is doing a shuttle from our home town to the hotel then to the catering hall
then will go from the catering hall to the hotel to our home town after the wedding
we have a lot of guests from our home town going ot the wedding and its 45 mins away so we are providing transportation

We had to book 2 49 passenger coach buses. I booked those with Alert Transport. I also had to book a shuttle bus for airport pick ups. I booked that with Classic Trans.

Try to bargain with the hotel are you hosting a brunch? Ask them to include transport for a smaller number of rooms booked. When they say no they really mean bargain with us some more.

I am providing one and doing it to/from the Wingate. The hotel was able to set something up for me even though I dont think we will book 15 rooms (obv not free). It was pretty reasonable. The woman I spoke to was Makeda.

No we aren't. Our ceremony is at the reception hall.. The hotel is right next door to the reception hall, so that is one thing that we don't have to worry about.

We are gettin a 20 passenger van to shuttle people so they don't have to drive.
