I did my father uses his quite often. he carves turkeys, large chickens, with it. can't hurt to put it on. it is a fairly inexpensive gift

we did and it was one of the first gifts we got for our engagment! DH will definitely use it when turkey time comes along and when we cook a big roast and other things like that.

my parents use theirs somewhat frequently. FH doesnt' thinkits necessary unless we are carving foam like on trading spaces, but we have to add more stuff, so we might.

I used mine last night to slice the roast beef I made. I had one before I was married - it was an apartment warming gift actually! My mom uses hers for all big meals.

We registerd for one. My father uses it all the time. When we registered my FH mother was like who actually uses and electric knife? Mike was like Kristins dad... But we didn't get it.

thats funny.... i think like that when i am at a shower i usually make a comment on something like that..... whne is she going to use that she doesnt cook haha so whne other people come to your house they will use it hahah
i would because if you dont cook you will never buy it and it might come in handy one day
